If you visit our website to view, browse or download information:

Contact Regarding Usage:
We may collect contact information, such as an email address, physical address, phone number or SMS messaging address so that we may contact you regarding the outcome of a contest, information relevant to usage of our website, changes in this Privacy Policy, or information consistent with the reason you provided the information. These types of communications will be infrequent, but necessary, in order to maintain this website. If you do not desire to receive these communications, please contact us (at the locations indicated below) and we can remove you from our database. If you are entered in a contest and wish to be removed, you agree that you will no longer be eligible to win any such contests.
If 9Star offers sales via this website, then certain personal information will be used to contact you regarding the logistics of your purchases. Information, such as address and phone number, will also be used to deliver your purchases and may be shared with a 3rd party delivery service, such as Federal Express or UPS.
Birthday
We may collect your date of birth so that we can verify your eligibility for contests or so that we can comply with Federal Trade Commission regulations of data collection from minors, as well as for general demographic information.
Profile
If you chose to provide personally identifiable information to us, we may use data from cookies or log files to identify you, and draw very basic data about your usage of our site and how we may improve it. For example, we may track how many times you have visited our site in order to track the efficacy or usability of the site.
Children
To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), when a child under age 13 attempts to use a service or enter a contest which requires personally identifiable information, we ask that he or she have a parent or guardian authorize their communication with us.

Aside from explicitly provided information, we use some internet standard methods of aggregating information.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the userâ~@~Ys computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions.
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring pages, platform type, date/time stamp. IP addresses, etc. are linked to personally identifiable information. We use Log Files for error diagnostics, session management and to determine our advertising efficacy. We may keep log files for 1 year or more, but they are usually deleted more frequently.
Changes to this Statement
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this website 30 days prior to execution.
